I am a very experienced and very knowledgeable Chartered Builder & RICS building Surveyor with 18 years experience and many other qualifications, we carry out new build residential works and double story extension with refurbishment works in Hertfordshire, we also provide groundworks and drainage or all first fix works for some clients also, all of my Subcontractors have been with me for many years and are very experienced and qualified in their own fields of works, we are open with our quoting and do not take huge deposits or quote low to win the works and then start making up many extras, any extras we discuss with the client first and send a written quote and then when signed we proceed with the works as requested, we treat all our customers and properties with respect and politeness at all times.
