Business info
The team at Cooley Construction have been in-and-around construction since 2000 and have a vast knowledge and understanding of a wide range of domestic and commercial construction projects. We’re passionate about what we do and would welcome the opportunity to get involved with your project.
We’re a close-knit, family run business that create close relationships with our clients and approach every project as if it were our own. Over the years the team have worked on a wide range of commercial and domestic projects all over the world, we use this valuable experience and delivery model to offer our services under Cooley Construction Services Ltd.
Our services broadly fall into three main services:
DOMESTIC CONSTRUCTION
We provide building services for small to medium size projects for domestic clients throughout Hampshire. We focus on new builds, extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments/alterations as well as detached outbuildings. Most of our projects fall within the £15,000 to £150,000 price range, although we have had a number of smaller projects and one exceptionally large (over £300,000) project. In most instances we engage Building Control and Structural Engineers on behalf of the client and provide drawings in support of their application.
CONSULTING
We consult for some of the largest companies on the planet to include JPMorgan Chase, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Vietin Bank, Jane Street Investments and International Bank of Quatar to name but a few.
We work alongside the customers professional team from the very earliest stages of RIBA through to practical completion, providing construction related advisory services and project management (Prince 2) throughout the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific. To-date our consulting portfolio extends to over 3 continents, 35 countries and over 50 cities amassing a combined footprint of over 100million square foot of commercial office space.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Since 2018 we found that our domestic clients needed more architectural related assistance, beit confirming ‘Permitted Development’ requirements, developing CAD drawings for ‘Building Control’ approval or developing CAD Drawings, specifications and applications for ‘Planning Permission’.
Although we’re not certified RIBA architects our knowledge of the industry and understanding of Building Regulations is extensive. We use this knowledge to assist our clients where the engagement of an Architect may be prohibitive in the first instance. We’re proud of the fact that every project we’ve initiated with building control has been approved and to-date every project we’ve submitted for planning permission has been granted.
