Icynene Spray Foam Loft Insulation gets sprayed between the rafters immediately expanding at 100 to 1.
It comprises of over 90% Air and is Water Blown with no harmful chemicals. It is Endorsed to fill every gap but will let water molecules pass through it and out of the building envelope, this is seriously unique.
Icynene is soft and flexible and will move with the building.
Icynene is easily removed to facilitate building works like extensions, velux windows etc.
Once job is complete we can remove all old insulation.
We can then vacuum all harmful particulates.
We can supply and install loft boarding.
We can supply and fit loft ladders.
