Our team consists of friends linked by onsite cooperation in the past, willing to provide turnkey services under one roof, avoiding the need to rely on someone you donʼt know, meaning management risks reduction, as well as time and budget saving. Before deciding to trade as a company our team worked as self employed multi-skilled specialists for at least 15 years (each) for UK & EEC based new build, development, property renovation and relocation SME's.


Through vast and various experience our project managers are capable to realistically predict and implement all necessary health and safety, procurement and project management measures to every stage during the progress of work. The etymology fargali originates from two Latin words “far” and “gali”, respectively “into the distance” and “capable”, also fargali in Georgia means “drafting compass” that corresponds to our vision of the future and the aspiration to go through an extensive and bright path. We will be happy to take on moving, property maintenance, reconfiguration, refurbishment, extension, basement and loft conversions design & build projects.
