We are a Building and Architectural Company and based in North East England from a base in Saltburn-by-the-sea.
We work in both the domestic and commercial sectors across the North East for homeowners, self builders and commercial projects of all kinds.

For residential properties we complete extensions, loft conversions, renovations, garage conversions and HMO properties. For commercial projects we complete offices, schools, hospitals, Retail, Leisure, Industrial and Warehousing projects.

We specialise in ‘turn key’ solutions to complex projects. (one stop shop) This involves design, engineering, costing, build and full project management throughout the process.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders. We are CHAS (Construction, Health and Safety) Elite members, and we are ISO 9001 and 14001 registered. We lead a right first time attitude and always aim for zero defects, adding value at every stage of the process, and helping our clients achieve their project goals.

We are based in the North East of England, but are capable of delivering projects throughout the UK and internationally.
