GCL Group are primarily a construction firm concentrating on new builds, commercial to residential renovations, house refurbishments and extensions. As part of the group we offer a raft of services to make the project happen.

We have an in-house architectural design team that can bring the project to life. We can manage the planning process, submitting the planning proposal and we have great experience in working within conservation areas from previous projects. Our QS can accurately cost the project. At this early stage we can even produce 3D designs and a ‘virtual tour’ of the finished property, to potentially pre-sell the unit should that be the aim. There is also an in-house finance department to help or advise on securing finance for the build.

Once the build starts, our experienced site managers will control the project bringing introducing each trade as and when needed. Right through from the site set up and security to foundations, groundwork’s and utilities to whatever type of build method as the project starts to take shape. We have vast experience of timber frame, traditional build and ‘modern methods of construction (MMC)’.

Whatever the type of build, we will aim the complete on time and within cost.
