GeminiDeveloping have been working in the building and construction industry for more than 20 years.During the 90s we worked mostly in the commercial sector, renovating and extending public houses and the attached residential quarters throughout the Greater London Area.
When our contracts were coming to an end in early 2010 we branched out into residential construction and have never looked back.
We have always preferred the personal aspect when working directly with the customer and seeing the jobs through from the beginning to end.
We pride ourselves on having the ability to communicate well with our customers and believe that building strong client relationships is incredibly important.
Our team has a great wealth of experience and believe that despite the complexity of the construction process there should be no mystery to the client.
On every building or refurbishment project, our approach is guided by these three principles.
