Nathan Hallam Ellis, the founder of the organisation, is a graduate of the infamous Rycotewood college where he studied Design Crafts in Oxford from year 2000 to 2002. He believes that having this strong foundation in design gives a clear edge over general builders in terms of achieving high quality end results.
