JPS now proudly offer our property maintenance service to carry out minor works and building maintenance for residential clients, Agents and Landlords

We have a great, personally vetted, team of tradesman including: NIC Electricians, Gas Safe Engineers, Plumbers, Carpenters, Handymen (Multi Skilled), and Decorators waiting to help!

As a family business we ensure every client and job are treated the same, whether it be a small repair or a bathroom refurbishment. Unlike, other handyman or maintenance companies, we do not supply tradesman by the hour, but visit every job, listen to the client’s requirements, offer professional advice and supply a fixed price quote.

We don’t leave it there! During the job we make intermittent inspections to check progress and quality, and at the end, we visit to carry out a final check prior to sign off and handover.
