JTP Property Maintenance were established 26 years ago and are now a thriving property services business serving throughout the UK.

We specialise in providing property services to home owners, landlords, tenants, public, private and commercial enterprises. From a single one off job to regular contract, we are knowledgeable, helpful and simply will not be beaten on any sensible quote.

Our building maintenance service offers everything from painting and decorating to new roofs and extensions.

From brick walls to new homes, our building construction service is comprehensive.

We supply and fit uPVC conservatories, guttering, fascias, soffits and downpipe. We use only grade A glazing and low maintenance uPVC to ensure longevity and aesthetics.

Our roofing section can deal with anything from a loose tile to a loft conversion. As roofers we specialise in roofs; new roofs ridged, hipped, gabled or flat. Chimneys and lead work are just another string to our bow.

You will be pleased to note that all our gas works are Gas Safe registered. Our electric services all conform to NICEIC and upon completion of a job, we will issue you with your NICEIC certificate. We also deal with Part P building regulations.
