Maxdwell is an established business owned by Tanay M, a London based property investor, who has a dedicated team to undertake and manage various residential refurbishment projects - it can be a quick half-day one-man job or a 10 days' team project - Maxdwell caters to a wide range of work and requirements. The rates are extremely affordable and are mostly tailor-made. You won't get charged a full day's rate for a half-day job.

Maxdwell also undertakes projects to refurbish property interiors and furnish the rooms where necessary, primarily to make the property ready for tenancy - buy to let or HMO. Our aim is to make the house/rooms stand out in the market at an affordable price, enabling to fetch tenants faster than usual. Maxdwell also provides professional level consultation on tenancy compliance before carrying out any work in a property.
