"I am saddened to leave poor feedback during this pandemic situation for companies. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company; dealing with them has been problematic and I can only hope things improve for them like in the past as noted in some past reviews from Bark.com and their recently closed MyBuilder account. The work was meant to take 3 days, but 2 months later - still not complete. The job was building a small patio in back garden and replace old flags in front and brick border edging of front and back lawns. Communication and reliability are major difficulties I experienced with this company. There were personal circumstances that if communicated to me promptly would have helped to make this more tolerable, but seems they overstretched themselves during the Covid situation and left customers with difficulties. Sad to have a company treat a customer this way. My tarmac driveway is ruined with hardened cement and I had to dispose of the waste generated myself (though had been part of the contract). They have left their old equipment on my driveway for the last 2 months, as if my property is a storage site, refusing to take it away. I hope they can sort themselves out soon, as future customers have a better experience. T.A . 23.12.2020"
