Hi, My name is Tom.
I have always taken great pride in not only doing the best job we can do but also on how well we get on with our clients. I truly believe that openness and honesty backed with good communication is the key to good relationships.

I started out by myself around 25 years ago and have had the pleasure of working with many great clients. We have worked on all sorts of projects ranging from small bedroom redecorations to total refurbishments in some of the uk's largest stately homes. We have currently got a core team of 25 or so lady's and gentlemen that have been selected throughout the years based on their abilities at both work and to fit with the company ethos.

I am very proud of how far we have come and can assure you we are about the best in the business.
You will find me out and about quoting jobs, managing projects, budgets and schedules. Sounds fun ay! Someone has to do it to ensure everyone is properly looked after and everything runs effectively and efficiently.
I have the help and assistance of several office staff members including Becky and Karen.
On site there are typically 5 team leaders, Mark, Dave, Wyn, Mick and Paul. They are a lovely bunch of guys and we have worked very closely for many years. Below them we have around 20 guys that again, have taken a long time to find, coach and nurture. We have everyone within the team we need including decorators, plumbers, electricians, carpenters plasterers, brick layers, roofers and more.
