Prelude Property Services Ltd offer a wide range of Property Maintenance services across South London covering the Borough of Southwark, Greenwich, Lewisham and Bromley.

We were founded in the 1980's and through our commitment to customer care and good working practice we have become firmly established with the private sector, local authorities, schools and commercial business premises.

We carry out repairs and maintenance that cover all areas of work both internal and external.

We also undertake kitchen, bathroom and shower installations.
These works include the carrying out of complete refurbishment which includes the fitting of new fixtures, plumbing, installation of new electrical sockets, lights, and extractor fans,
wall and floor tiling, underfloor heating and complete decorating works.
