Kitchen extension, loft conversion and bathroom
If there was an option for a score of zero I'd put that. Do not use. Work horrendous, nothing up to code and signed off. Roof left liable to collapse, electrics in a state and nothing finished etc... Oh and he'll run off with your money too.
