• Bricklaying Work: Execution of bricklaying and masonry works to council-owned residential properties, including structural repairs, repointing, blockwork, and localised envelope remedial works, carried out in accordance with approved specifications, structural requirements, and building regulations.
• Plumbing & Sanitary Works: Execution of responsive and planned plumbing and sanitary works to council-owned residential properties, including hot and cold water distribution systems, soil, waste and vent pipework, sanitary appliances, isolation controls, pressure testing, system commissioning, disinfection, and full compliance with Water Supply and Building Regulations.
• Scaffolding works: Design, erection, inspection, and dismantling of access scaffolding for housing maintenance and roof works, delivered in accordance with TG20, NASC guidance, temporary works procedures, and all required permits and licences.
• Plastering Works: Execution of internal and external plastering works to residential dwellings, including backing coats, skim finishes, patch repairs, and integration with internal wall insulation systems, delivered in compliance with building regulations and approved specifications.
• Joinery Works: Delivery of first and second fix joinery works to residential Stock of council, including door sets, frames, and timber components, as part of void property refurbishments and responsive maintenance works, in accordance with building regulations and approved specifications.
• Glazing Work: Installation and replacement of thermally efficient glazed units to residential dwellings as part of void refurbishments and responsive maintenance works, achieving specified U-values in accordance with building regulations and approved specifications.
• Painting work of buildings: Application of internal and external coating systems to local authority housing assets, including surface preparation and finish coats, delivered under void refurbishment and responsive maintenance programmes to approved specifications.
• Tiling Works: Execution of wall and floor tiling works to local authority residential properties, including kitchens and bathrooms, incorporating waterproofing systems, surface preparation, and associated remedial works as part of void refurbishments and responsive maintenance programmes.
• Thermal insulation works: Delivery of thermal insulation works to void properties within local authority housing, including fabric upgrades to meet specified EPC targets and U-value requirements in accordance with approved specifications.
• Fencing & Safety installation: Installation and maintenance of fencing, gates, and boundary treatments to enhance security and kerb appeal.
• Floor laying & Covering Works: Installation, repair, and replacement of floor finishes to local authority housing assets, including vinyl, safety flooring, and tiled finishes, delivered as part of void refurbishments and responsive maintenance programmes.
• Paving & Asphalting works: Construction of driveways to local authority residential properties, including sub-base works, drainage, kerbs, and falls and levels, delivered as part of void property external works.
• Cleaning and Waste Management: End-of-tenancy cleans, void property clearance, and responsible waste disposal in accordance with environmental standards.
• Landscaping Works: Delivery of external landscaping works to void properties and local authority housing estates, including grounds maintenance, reinstatement works, and environmental improvements as part of estate regeneration and re-letting programmes.
