Who are we?

Established in 2010, Property Phix was born out of a need to provide a holistic, one stop property development service, that could handle every aspect of improving buildings to a very high standard. Working initially with property developers, our eye was always on getting amazing value for money, and nothing much has changed there.

We still work hard to deliver exceptional value for money, and to build and install improvements to people’s homes that they can enjoy for many years to come. Our team is made up of a multitude of experts, covering a wide variety of disciplines, and able to handle even the most complex of projects with professionalism and skill.

Who do we work with?

When Property Phix was first conceived, we built our business with an aim of providing exemplary services to those in the property development marketplace. We worked closely with a number of small and medium sized property investors from the start, as well as some landlords and private investors, with a brief of providing maximum impact for a fair price.

Over the years, we have developed our business and relationships, and have established a firm foothold in the estate agency and letting agent’s industries too. Our agent relationships call on us to maximise our clients return on investment, while still providing superb quality work that is built to last.

More recently, we have acquired a large number of clients in the buy to let market, as more and more people look at innovative ways to supplement their retirement. Although property investment in itself is a fairly good way to make money, we also understand where further investment can be made, in order to maximise the returns on that house further down the line.

As we continue to grow and develop as a company, we are now offering our expertise and skills to those in the domestic and residential market too. Our approach is to offer the most cost effective, well-structured solution to each of our clients briefs, and to oversee a smooth delivery of the project to the complete satisfaction of our customer

Where we work?

Based in Waltham Chase, we work on homes and commercial premises in the Hampshire area and surroundings. Being close to the M3 gives us direct access to many large conurbations north and south, from Basingstoke and Reading down to Southampton and Portsmouth.
