You agree to proceed. We provide you with an official quotation, detailed works schedule, with a start and completion date.

On completion of the project we will go through every point of the works schedule with you, in order to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results and happy to sign off the works. We will work closely with you to make sure all your needs are fulfilled.

Guarantee of works. We will then present you with a copy of the completed works schedule, and a written, guarantee on all of the works. Furthermore, we are always available to answer any questions you may have, after the project is completed.
