I am a sole trader with many years experience in the construction industry. I am a non smoker and a very polite and friendly individual. I pride myself on my approach and communication with the client at every step of my work, helping and advising wherever I am able to. Initially I re designed homes for open plan living before moving onto Garage Conversions. I am a fully qualified industrial designer which has proved invaluable in my work. I also design both garden decking and fencing to compliment the space in gardens.
I am very competent in my work and my fees are reasonable. For example a single integral garage conversion my labour fees start at £3,500 and usually takes around 4 weeks. For a basic comversion of this size which includes garage bricked up with a window, an internal doorway created to the main home. A sub floor and walls insulated and dry lined along with a couple of electrical sockets and lighting. The material cost would along with electrical and window fitting fees cost approximately £4,000 paid for by the customer.
Therefore a basic garage conversion will cost as little as £7,500
