We are Building contractor, undertaking residential and commercial work. Full insurance cover both Public and employers liability. I have been in construction for over 35 years, and have overseen new build and refurbishment works from £5,000 to £30m, we do not take deposits from any customers, and most projects are carried out with a written contract in place. All projects have a retention clause for our clients, which is only released at an agreed time and on satisfaction of snagging
Shore Developments can undertake general Building, Extensions, Restoration, refurbishment, external repairs and decorations, window replacement, carpentry, brickwork and civil engineering, kitchen and bathroom replacement. We can also undertake on your behalf if required, both planning and building control applications. All works are guaranteed and overseen by a professionally qualified surveyor.
