With a highly skilled work force working with the Switch Group we cover all of the North East (NE, DH, SR, DL, TS postcode areas). All our engineers hold the relevant skills to complete the task and where a certificate is required we ensure all staff or sub-contractors are fully compliant these include:

We have recently opened our Head Office in North Shields which combines our very own heating showroom. We have an open door policy, if you wanted to discuss a project, need some advice pop in, grab a coffee and we will be more than happy to help.

The one thing we don’t do is give you ONE estimate, we are totally independent which means we give you a choice of 3 or 4 different manufactures (Unless you know what you want). We are here to give you the best advise however we believe that we shouldn’t be dictating what you should buy. We also don’t employee pushy sales people, once you have our estimate we will either ring or text you once to say the estimate has been sent and if you require any further assistance please let us know.
