8am -6pm £65 + vat first hour, £32.50 + vat per half hour thereafter
5pm-10pm £85 + vat first hour, £42.50 + vat per half hour thereafter
Weekends £85 + vat first hour, £42.50 + vat per half hour thereafter
Emergency Call Out (10pm-8am) £195 + vat first hour, £130 + vat per hour thereafter
Landlords certificate (CP12) (including gas meter & 2 appliances) £65 + vat, £10 + vat per additional appliance
Powerflush up to 8 rads £400 + vat , £25 + vat per additional radiator
Plumbing repairs (dripping taps, toilet flush etc) £50 per hour
