Yew Tree Design & Build (Developments) is a reputable construction business providing the highest standard of work at affordable rates in Kent and the surrounding areas.
The company (formerly known as Yew Tree Construction & Landscaping) has been operating since 2013. In January 2020 Luke Wallond took ownership of the company. Under Luke’s management, our experienced team of employees and subcontractors are able to handle all aspects of the construction process; from minor maintenance work to large housing projects. We pride ourselves on our friendly and approachable working relationships with our clients and are dedicated to client satisfaction at every step of the project.

The company operates from its newly refurbished office building on the outskirts of Staplehurst and houses our management team which includes our Company Director Luke and our Operations Manager Jack Peach.

At Yew Tree, we have continued to build on existing and new relationships with subcontractors and have an excellent reputation within the industry. This enables us to offer our clients highly skilled and experienced tradesmen for any construction project.

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm although we can be reached by our clients outside of these hours, as we aim to provide continual information and advice throughout all stages of the development.
