Business Use Only

Tokens are made available strictly for business use. By purchasing tokens, you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft, or profession, and not as a consumer.

What Tokens Provide

Tokens provide access to lead information submitted by homeowners. The service we supply is the provision of access to that information. Tokens do not represent money, stored value, or credit, and cannot be used as a method of payment outside BookaBuilderUK.

Token Usage and Consumption

Tokens are required to unlock or access certain job leads. The number of tokens required per job lead may vary and will be displayed clearly before you choose to unlock that lead.

Once you unlock a job lead and access is provided, the tokens used are deemed consumed.

No Guarantee of Work or Response

BookaBuilderUK operates as an advertising and introduction platform only. We do not guarantee:

• that a homeowner will respond
• that contact will result in a quotation opportunity
• that work will be secured
• the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any job enquiry beyond what is submitted by the homeowner

Purchasing or using tokens does not guarantee work, revenue, or return on investment.

No Cash Value and No Cash Refunds

Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable in monetary form. Token purchases cannot be exchanged for cash and tokens cannot be transferred to another account.

Except where required by law, tokens will not be refunded in money. Any remedy we provide in relation to tokens is limited to re-crediting tokens to your BookaBuilderUK account in accordance with these Terms.

Token Back Guarantee

Where applicable, token usage is subject to our Token Back Guarantee policy. The Token Back Guarantee policy in force at the time you unlock a lead will apply to any claim relating to that lead.

The Token Back Guarantee applies strictly to materially incorrect contact information, meaning the primary contact details provided by the homeowner are not usable (for example, a non-working telephone number or an undeliverable email address). It does not apply where the homeowner does not respond, declines the work, changes their mind, or where you are unable to agree terms or secure the work.

Claims are subject to eligibility criteria, evidence requirements, and usage limits set out in the Token Back Guarantee policy. We will assess claims acting reasonably and may request additional information to verify eligibility. We will provide reasons where a claim is rejected.

Nothing within the Token Back Guarantee creates an automatic entitlement to a re-credit.

Technical Errors and Duplicate Access

If tokens are deducted but access to the lead is not provided due to a technical error on our side, we will re-credit the tokens used.

Where our systems cause you to be charged tokens more than once for access to substantially the same lead within your account, we will re-credit the duplicate charge.

Pricing and Expiry

We reserve the right to vary token pricing and the number of tokens required to unlock a lead at any time. The token cost for any lead will be displayed before you unlock it, and you decide whether to proceed.

If tokens are subject to expiry, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Where no expiry is stated, tokens will remain valid while your account remains active and in good standing.

Suspension, Restriction, or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the token system and/or your account where misuse, fraud, abuse of the Token Back Guarantee, chargeback abuse, attempts to circumvent platform rules, or breach of these Terms of Use is identified or reasonably suspected.

Where we take action under this section in accordance with these Terms, no compensation will be payable. Any re-credit of unused tokens following suspension or termination is at our discretion, except where required by law.

Jurisdiction And Applicable Law

Palace Media Limited trades from within England and these Terms of Use shall be governed and construed by the laws of England. This site can, however, be accessed from other countries and although these countries may have different laws, by accessing our website you agree to abide by the laws of England, and the laws of England will take precedence over other countries laws should any conflict arise. Users accessing this site from outside England agree that they do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with local laws. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claim arising from or related to a visit to our site.
